BEIJING, June 27 (Xinhua) -- China's State Taxation Administration has issued two notices clarifying the obligations of internet platforms in submitting tax-related information and handling personal income tax withholding for their workers.

The administration said the two notices it issued provide detailed guidance to ensure effective implementation of rules to regulate internet platform companies' submission of tax-related information.

The rules went into effect on Monday. ■
